Terms of Service

These terms cover any engagement between you and Kindle Author's Success for editing, design, formatting, publishing, keyword research, advertising, or launch services.

What we provide

Each package or individual service is scoped in writing before work begins. We deliver what's listed for that package or service. Anything beyond that scope is billed separately, agreed to in advance.

Ownership

You own your manuscript, your cover, your KDP account, and every royalty it earns. We're a services vendor, not a publisher, and nothing we deliver transfers rights away from you.

Payment

Package prices are fixed and agreed to before work starts. Amazon Ads spend, where a package includes ads management, is paid by you directly to Amazon and is never included in our fee.

Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, listed on the package page. Additional rounds can be added at an hourly rate, agreed to before the work starts.

No sales guarantee

We build every listing to the same standard we'd want for our own book, but we can't guarantee sales, rank, or review counts. Amazon's algorithm and market conditions are outside anyone's control. What we can guarantee is that the work gets done to spec, on the timeline agreed.

Cancellation

You can cancel an in-progress engagement at any time. You'll be billed for work already completed; anything not yet started is refunded.
