How long does the whole process take?

Launch runs 3 to 4 weeks from a finished manuscript. Bestseller, our full-service tier, runs 8 to 10 weeks because it includes developmental editing, a rewrite pass, and a longer ads ramp-up. The manuscript audit at the start gives you an exact timeline for your book, not a range.

Do I keep 100% of my royalties and rights?

Yes. You own the manuscript, the cover, the KDP account, and every dollar of royalty it earns. We're a services vendor, not a publisher. Nothing we do puts your rights or your account in our name.

Question 3

What if I already have a cover?

Accepted Answer

We'll review it honestly. If it's genre-accurate and converts, we build around it and drop the cover-design line from your package price. If it's the reason your book isn't selling, we'll tell you that too, before you pay for anything else.

Question 4

Do you write the book for me?

Accepted Answer

No. We edit, design, format, publish, and market a manuscript you've already written. If you need a ghostwriter, we can point you to people we trust, but that's not this service.

Question 5

What happens if the book doesn't sell?

Accepted Answer

We look at the data with you: rank, keyword performance, ad metrics, review velocity, and tell you what's actually wrong. Sometimes it's fixable with a keyword or cover change. Sometimes the market for the book is smaller than hoped, and we'll say that directly instead of selling you another round of ads.

Do you work with fiction and non-fiction?

Both. We match you with an editor and cover designer who work in your specific genre. A thriller editor doesn't edit a business book, and vice versa.

Is the ad budget included in the package price?

Accepted Answer

No. Amazon Ads spend is paid directly by you to Amazon and is never included in any package price. Our fee covers building, testing, and managing the campaigns. The ad budget itself is a separate line you control.

What do you need from me to start?

Accepted Answer

A finished (or nearly finished) manuscript, a KDP account or willingness to create one, and about two hours total across the project for approvals: cover concepts, edit questions, and metadata sign-off. We run the rest.
